Refund Policy – Gramaivoice

1. Refund Eligibility

Thank you for choosing Gramaivoice. We strive to deal with all refund requests fairly. As a digital service provider offering instant access to computing resources (voice generation), our policy differs from physical goods.

  • Refunds are generally not provided for mere change of mind or used credits.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Technical Failures: If you purchased credits but they were not applied to your account due to a technical error, we will investigate and issue a full refund if the service cannot be delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will differ.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the remaining unused days of a subscription period once a renewal has processed.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@digiogram.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Digio Gram reserves the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of the platform, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
